Rainer Trueby reveals Nacho’s sangria secret. Is this why they call him the Great Reserve?

May 1966, Valladolid, Ribera del Duero.

It was in this region surrounded by vineyards, were our young friend grew up. One day, the still teenager “Nacho”, who is in the exhaustive search for a good wine bottle to make some sangria for his colleagues, discovers in his father’s warehouse a dirt covered wine box, on which he could barely read “Vega Silicia Unico” and thinks to himself…why not? This rancid wine aspect…is perfect for sangria…I think so; delicious sangria! The result was so good, that his father would prohibit him from watching TV for a while and the keys to his motorcycle were confiscated. It appears that his father did not think the idea was too brilliant at all.

Today, 20 years later, we can find our young Ignacio, “Nacho” at the famous island of Mallorca, known to many of many patriots as “Malle”. Together with his partners and friends, he manages a club, “Garito Café”, which in my opinion is “unique” and many DJs from Germany and England think so too. At this time, Ignacio is known as “the Great Reserve”, he is a respected DJ, with an unbeatable taste for and great strength, mature, with personality, complex, profound and very elegant, in both personal and musical aspects. He certainly deserves to be qualified as a “Great Reserve DJ”, which is a rank, that only a few had reached. By being friendly, having a great heart and an unbeatable hospitality, he manages to make every visit to Garito Café a special moment that is expected with a lot of enthusiasm.

Nacho receives three awards:

1 - The most expensive sangria in the world “With Vega Sicilia”

2 – My number one club in the world

3 – My “Tito” number one

CONGRATULATIONS GARITO CAFÉ!! 10 YEARS… AND MANY MORE…
